In an effort to make dental care more affordable, we've created our Smile Savings Plan. For a low annual fee, patients with no dental insurance can join and receive all yearly exams, cleanings and recommended x-rays, along with additional services and discounts.
Healthy Adult Plan
$565 per year
The Healthy Adult Plan covers individuals ages 13 and older.

$750 per year
The Periodontal Plan covers patients requiring specialized periodontal maintenance and care.

*This program is a discount savings plan and not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used along with any other dental plan, workers' comp claims, referral to specialists, or in conjunction with other discounts or promotions. Other restrictions may apply. Call for details. Prices subject to change. This is an annual enrollment with membership for 1 year beginning on the enrollment date; no partial refunds will be given if you discontinue the plan. Memberships are non-refundable and not transferable.
